My role as your doula is to empower you to advocate for the birth you envision. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive birth plan that honors your preferences while preparing for all possible scenarios. During labor, I’ll help you understand everything unfolding around you and give you the space and support you need to make informed decisions on your own or alongside your partner.

I won’t speak for you; instead, I’ll help you find and trust your own voice. And through it all, I’ll be right by your side.
