My Services

This package includes:

• Initial phone consultation

• 2 prenatal meetings (aprox 1 hour each) to get to know each other, learn your goals, go over what to expect,  practice comfort measures and discuss anything else you need to feel ready.

• A list of options and questions for your care provider and help with writing a comprehensive birth plan.

• Text/email support for any questions

• Being on-call starting at 38 weeks. 

• In-person support from the onset of active labor through delivery and 1-3 hours postpartum support.  This includes comfort measures, massage, breathing techniques, positioning techniques, aromatherapy, errands, help with first feeding, photos taken if desires, and anything else you may need. 

• One post-natal in-home visit (1-2 weeks after birth) to go over the birth, see how you are feeling and providing any resources you may need to have a wonderful start to this new chapter!
